COBOT Plates & Pedestals

80/20 offers a range of mounting plates and pedestals specifically designed for collaborative robots (cobots). These heavy-duty aluminum plates and pedestals help to support cobots from the ground up, making them easy to integrate into various environments. With four pedestal heights and mounting plates compatible with 36 different cobot models from 11 manufacturers, 80/20 provides versatility and durability.

Robot Mounting Plates

The plates are available in two sizes (8” and 12”) with a thickness of 0.75”. They are designed to support the largest cobot specifications, offering reliable mounting for collaborative robots. Hardware to mount to pedestals is included with pedestal orders.

Pedestal Options

80/20 offers two types of pedestals for cobots: Mobile Robot Pedestals and Static Robot Pedestals. Each pedestal is designed to work seamlessly with the mounting plates and includes all necessary hardware for installation.

Mobile Robot Pedestals

Designed for mobility, these pedestals feature leveling casters for easy repositioning and come in four height options. They include hardware to mount the plate to the pedestal and a mounting frame for robot controllers.
