Our Products

At the heart of our offerings is the Ultra Clean System, a cutting-edge solution designed to surpass traditional flushing methods for eliminating contaminants from hose, tube, and pipe assemblies. The system uses either a Hand-Held Launcher or Bench Mount Launcher to propel Ultra Clean projectiles through your assemblies, effectively clearing out any contaminants.

Building on the Ultra Clean System, we also offer the Clean Seal System, which incorporates a proprietary heat-shrink technology and Clean Seal Capsules to securely seal cleaned hose and tube ends. This provides a much more reliable solution compared to traditional caps and plugs. For enhanced safety and to minimize contamination or oil spills during the removal of SAE flanged hose and tube assemblies, we created the Clean Seal Flange. This product quickly seals the SAE flange when components are disconnected, preventing oil leakage and keeping contaminants out.

Our training includes on-site sessions tailored to your needs, and we also certify users, OEMs, or distributors through our webinars on contamination control and clean hydraulic hose assembly.
