PIVOT DRIVES
Pivot Drives are a unique feature of AS40 conveyors, offering flexibility in positioning. They can be placed at any point above or below the conveyor. When positioned below, the belt becomes the highest point, optimizing the conveyor layout for different operational needs.
RIGID ALUMINUM FRAME
The AS40 conveyor frames are designed for maximum durability and alignment, ensuring extended belt and bearing life.
- Frames 12” wide and under: Sturdy single-piece box construction.
- Frames 18” and wider: Combination of rigid aluminum and steel for enhanced strength.
TENSION RELEASE TAILS
Tension Release tails offer easy maintenance and cleaning. With the push of a button, the tail flips up to release belt tension, allowing the operator to clean beneath the belt, especially in case of spills. When the tail is snapped back into place, tracking and tension settings are automatically maintained.
CROWNED PULLEYS
AS40 conveyors utilize crowned pulleys to naturally keep the belt centered over the longest part of the conveyor. For applications requiring side-entering or side-exiting, V-guide belts are available to further enhance tracking precision.
URCAP
A free URCap makes AS40 conveyors seamlessly compatible with Universal Robots. This integration allows the robot to control start/stop functions, adjust the conveyor's forward/reverse direction, and select multiple speeds with ease, enabling automated workflows.

AS40-CD conveyors are versatile conveyors designed with a movable center drive unit that sits below the belt leaving both ends of the conveyor clear for machine integration. MOVABLE CENTER DRIVE
The Movable Center Drive allows for easy reconfiguration along the length of the conveyor. Simply loosen a few screws, slide the drive to the desired position, and re-tighten. This flexibility makes it ideal for dynamic production setups. The drive is positioned under the conveyor, keeping both ends free for machinery integration or connecting to other equipment.
