The Gast VG-015-00-00 is a compact, single-stage pneumatic vacuum generator designed to create vacuum using compressed shop air. Its lightweight construction and compact size make it easy to install in equipment and systems where space is limited. Designed with no moving parts, the VG-015-00-00 requires minimal routine maintenance and provides quiet operation. Because vacuum is generated using compressed air rather than an electric motor, the unit provides a simple and economical vacuum source for pneumatic equipment and automation applications. The VG-015-00-00 provides vacuum up to 27 inHg and delivers 2.2 CFM of airflow at 0 inHg, with an air consumption of 3.5 CFM at a compressed-air supply pressure of 30–75 PSI. It features a 1/4-inch NPT vacuum port and a 1/8-inch NPT supply air port for integration into pneumatic systems.
