Plated, stamped steel mounting base for Humphrey 125 series piloted, manual and mechanical valves. When the base is included with the valve it is called out in the valve part number with a "-21" suffix. The mounting surface of the base is 1.75" square w/four 0.22" mounting holes on 1.25" centers. Made in the USA.
