The Gast 87R147-101-N270X is a 0.25 HP oil-less rocking piston compressor and vacuum pump designed to provide clean, contaminant-free air for applications requiring reliable pressure or vacuum. Operating on 100-120/200-240V AC, 50/60Hz power, this single-phase model delivers up to 2.5 CFM open flow at 60Hz and 2.2 CFM at 50Hz. It provides a maximum continuous pressure of 30 PSI, flow of 1.8 CFM at maximum pressure, and vacuum capability up to 26.2 inHg. Designed for quiet, efficient operation, the 87R147-101-N270X operates at less than 65 dB(A). The redesigned 87R platform combines lower exhaust temperatures, minimal vibration and corrosion-resistant materials to provide dependable performance and extended service life. Its oil-less rocking piston design requires no oil lubrication and helps prevent oil contamination of the air stream, making it well suited for applications where clean air is important. The 87R147-101-N270X features 1/4" NPT inlet and outlet connections and measures approximately 7.71" L x 5.08" W x 7.08" H, with a mounting footprint of approximately 6.5" L x 3.5" W. The pump weighs approximately 14.9 lb, providing a compact package that can be integrated into new equipment or used when retrofitting existing systems.
