The Gast 6AM-NRV-22A is a powerful, lubricated, reversible 8-vane rotary air motor designed to convert compressed air into variable-speed mechanical power. Rated up to 4 HP with a maximum torque of 115 in-lb, maximum speed of 3,000 RPM and maximum operating pressure of 100 PSI (7 bar), it provides a durable pneumatic power source for industrial equipment and OEM machinery. Its 8-vane design makes it particularly well suited for applications requiring low-speed operation or controlled inching, while the NEMA 56C flange provides a familiar mounting configuration for integration with industrial equipment. The reversible design provides low-shock, instant start, stop and reverse operation, while speed and torque can be controlled by regulating the air supplied to the motor. The 6AM Series can operate in any position, providing flexibility when integrating the motor into machinery and equipment.
