The Gast K281 service kit is designed for servicing lubricated Gast 6AM reversible NEMA flange and foot-mounted air motors. The kit provides the primary wear and service components needed to return the air motor to original factory performance specifications. Gast recommends servicing these units every two years. The K281 service kit includes vanes, gaskets, bearings, springs, pins, an O-ring and a shaft seal. The K281 fits Gast 6AM-FRV-23A, 6AM-FRV-71, 6AM-NRV-22A and 6AM-NRV-29A air motors. Gast also identifies the K281 for the 6AM-22A-CB10, 6AM-22A-DB20 and 6AM-22A-GB40 configurations. Gast 6AM air motors provide pneumatic rotary power for industrial equipment and machinery, making the K281 a service solution for maintaining compatible air motors used in manufacturing, material handling, packaging and other industrial applications.
