The Gast VG-065-00-00 is a compact, oil-less, multi-stage pneumatic vacuum generator designed to create vacuum using compressed shop air. Its lightweight Delrin® construction provides chemical resistance while allowing for easy mounting and installation in equipment and systems where space is limited. Designed with no moving parts, the VG-065-00-00 requires minimal routine maintenance and provides quiet operation. Its multi-venturi design delivers high vacuum flow while using less compressed air than comparable single-venturi generators, making it an efficient vacuum source for pneumatic automation, packaging, material handling and vacuum clamping applications. Oil-less operation eliminates the need for lubrication and helps prevent lubricant contamination. The VG-065-00-00 provides vacuum up to 25 inHg and delivers 6.8 CFM of airflow at 0 inHg, with an air consumption of 2.7 CFM at a compressed-air supply pressure of 68 PSI. It features a 1/2-inch NPT vacuum port and a 1/8-inch NPT supply air port for integration into pneumatic systems.
