The Gast R3105-12 Regenerative Blower is a single-stage, oil-free blower designed to provide reliable pressure or vacuum for industrial and OEM applications. Part of Gast's R3 series, this motor-mounted regenerative blower features rugged construction, corrosion-resistant materials, and a compact design. Its oil-free operation eliminates the need for oil in the compression chamber, helping deliver clean, uncontaminated airflow. The R3105-12 features a single-phase AC motor operating at 115/208–230V, 60 Hz, or 110/220–240V, 50 Hz. At 60 Hz, the blower delivers up to 52 CFM of airflow, with a maximum pressure of 55 inches H₂O (137 mbar) and maximum vacuum of 50 inches H₂O (125 mbar). The motor is rated at 0.5 HP at 60 Hz and 1/3 HP at 50 Hz. Its regenerative design minimizes wear and maintenance requirements, making it suitable for demanding industrial environments. Designed for pressure and vacuum applications, the Gast R3105-12 is well suited for pneumatic conveying, pond and wastewater aeration, air blow-off, packaging equipment, aquaculture, and industrial process systems. Its motor-mounted configuration and relatively compact construction make it a practical choice for OEM equipment integration and replacement applications.
