every profile is available in clear and black anodize along with safety yellow powder coat in selection profiles. Profile shapes include radius, angled, closed faced and larger profile sizes for heavy duty applications. A vast majority of profiles are in stock for fast delivery. Profiles are available in 120”, 242”, 3M, 6.050M and cut-to-length.

Fastener Installation Instructions

Anchor Fastener Installation:

1. Loosen pre-assembled nut and bolt

2. Load anchor into counterbore hole

3. Slide mating profile in place

4. Align and tighten with T-wrench

End Fastener Installation:

1. Insert bolt through wing clip

2. Loosely screw into tapped hole

3. Align profiles and access hole

4. Tighten through access hole

Bracket & Gusset Installation:

1. Pre-load bracket with screws and T-nuts

2. Slide into T-slot of profile

3. Add and align mating profile

4. Fully tighten all fasteners
